Mieszko — real estate platform
A real estate marketplace: honest listings, tooling for agents and developers, and AI-assisted search.
Problem
Property listing sites are clogged with duplicates, stale prices, and pay-to-win ordering that hides the real market.
Approach
We built a web platform with a fast listing editor, a lead dashboard for agents and developers, and a transparent promotion model (TOP, boosts) priced on published rates. Search combines filters, an interactive map, and AI-powered natural-language queries. Six categories: apartments, houses, land, commercial, garages, estates.
Result
One coherent catalogue with verified pricing and subscription tiers that scale from a single listing to a full agency portfolio.
