A mobile app pairing NFC tags with digital checklists: inspections, fault reporting, and time tracking without terminals.
Problem
Asset inspections, site rounds, and field time tracking run on paper and expensive terminals, so data reaches the system late and with gaps.
Approach
An iOS and Android app where a worker scans an NFC tag on a machine or checkpoint to prove physical presence, then completes a checklist with photo evidence. A fault report automatically creates an assigned task. Offline-first sync reconciles data once connectivity returns. NFC time attendance replaces card systems. API webhooks connect Tracera to the client's systems.
Result
One app instead of terminals and paper, with a full audit trail of every scan, inspection, and fault report.
